We distribute flyers at all conventions that we attend. If you would like a bundle of flyers to distribute at at store, or at your own event, please send email to flyers@noreascon.org.

Progress Reports

Progress Report 4 (3.5M file with color pictures and links to other websites) (2M file with black-and-white pictures and no links) was mailed on July 14, 2003 to everyone who was a member as of July 1, 2003.

Progress Report 3 (1M) was mailed in January, 2003 to everyone who was a member as of October 30, 2002.

Progress Report 2 (1M) was mailed in early August, 2002 to everyone who was a member as of July 25, 2002.

Progress Report 1 (2.5M) was mailed on Jan. 14, 2002 to everyone who was a member as of Dec. 31, 2001.

Upcoming Progress Report Information

We plan to issue progress reports roughly every six months to keep in touch with our members. Because of the three year schedule, we have decided to print several of the PRs in a shorter newsletter format. All the progress reports will be in an 8 ½" by 11" size. The shorter ones will have 8-16 pages. The longer ones will be at least 32 pages.

All members who join before the convention will receive a complete set of the PRs until they run out. We are printing 6,000 copies.

Progress Report Advertising Rates

Rates are applicable for Progress Reports 2-3. Based on print run and publication costs, rates may increase for later progress reports. Rates for later PRs will appear in PR 2 (and on this web site.) Rates for the program book will be available in late 2003.

Ads can be accepted hardcopy, or in electronic format (TIF or EPS files). Electronic format is preferable. Please write to us with requests for special processing (including a full description of what is desired). Information on availability and costs will be sent to you as soon as possible. We request that payment accompany ad copy.
