Overflow hotels

The convention's rooms at the main hotel, the Radisson Edwardian, are fully booked. However, we have made arrangements for special convention rates at other nearby hotels:

  • The Renaissance London Heathrow, approximately 300 metres from the Radisson Edwardian on the other side of Bath Road. There are two light-controlled pedestrian crossings across Bath road with dropped curbs to allow easy transit.
  • The Marriott London Heathrow, next door to the Radisson Edwardian on Bath Road. See below for prices for family rooms, as well as single and double rooms.

Bookings for the overflow hotels should be made with them directly as shown below, quoting the convention's reference code, in order to get the special rates.

Please be aware:

  • You are responsible for settling your own account on departure, which will also include any parking that may be used.
  • You will be asked to provide credit card details when booking in order to guarantee your room. If you book accommodation in the overflow hotel but do not turn up, a no show charge may be made to your credit card.

Car parking

Parking at the Renaissance is charged at £10 per 24 hours.

Parking at the Marriott will be charged at £12 per car per night.
