Membership by Instalment
We are pleased to be able to provide a membership instalment plan for Loncon 3.
Read the following description before you apply to join the plan. When you are sure you wish to join the plan click on "Join Instalment Plan" in the top menu. You can also download a postal application form here.
This plan has two advantages for people joining the convention. It allows you to pay for your membership in four monthly instalments and it allows you to freeze the total amount you pay at the rate when you join the scheme.
The scheme is available to Adults, Young Adults and Families.
To join the scheme at the Adult or Young Adult membership rates, you must be a Supporting member of the convention. The adults and any young adults in a family buying a Family Attending membership must all be Supporting members.
We will need sufficient information to identify you as a Supporting member, and we will need to know the method and currency in which you intend to pay your instalments. (Currently we can accept credit cards in GBP, or cheques in GBP, USD, EUR and bank transfers in GBP and EUR.)
When you join you will be sent an email outlining your payment schedule and a code to use with your payments, to make it easy for us to correctly identify your payments.
Until you have paid in full your membership will show as Supporter.
So:
- Check you are already a Supporter or Join Now
- Complete the form and submit it on line or download and fill in the PDF form and then send it to us by post or give it to us at a convention desk.
- Make your payments
- Enjoy the convention
