The Committee for Boston in 2004 is delighted to invite everyone attending the Millennium Philcon to "taste Boston" and enter "Uncle Lensman's Lobstah Lotto" for a chance at some really great prizes.
The "Lobstah Lotto" features Legal Sea Foods lobster feasts shipped straight to your door, a full set of E.E. "Doc" Smith's famous Lensman series of books, one-night stays at the Copley Marriott or Boston Sheraton Hotels, gift bags loaded with interesting Bostonalia, and Red Sox baseball hats.
Our parties will allow fans to "taste Boston": from Italian cookies and antipasto to shrimp and "wicked evil" pastries, we'll have a little something for everyone (including our signature blue drinks).
And we'll tell you some of the 2004 reasons you should vote for Boston.
Our parties will be held at the Philly Marriott, in rooms 626-636, on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday evenings (Aug. 29, 30, 31 and Sept. 2) from 9:30 p.m. until the lobsters come home.
