The Committee for Boston in 2004 is delighted to invite everyone attending the Millennium Philcon to "taste Boston" and enter "Uncle Lensman's Lobstah Lotto" for a chance at some really great prizes.

Boston in 2004 Committee Members Naomi Fisher and Patrick Molloy recently visited from Alabama. Read their trip report about the wonderful things to do in Boston.

The 62nd Worldcon Science Fiction Site Selection Ballot is now available. The Site Selection fee is $35. The deadline for receipt of mail-in ballots is August 15, 2001. Voting at the Millennium Philcon will end at 6 PM EDT on Saturday, September 1, 2001.

Our filing papers for the Site Selection of the 62nd World Science Fiction Convention are now online. Since the filing, our room block in the Boston Sheraton has increased to 900 rooms, bringing our total to 1800 between two hotels.

Massachusetts Convention Fandom, Inc. Meetings

Our next committee meeting will be held on October 3, 2001 at 7:30 PM at the NESFA Clubhouse, located at 504 Medford Street, in Somerville, MA. All are welcome; please attend.

The meeting after that has not been scheduled.
