Enclosed, please find copies of the documents required for filing the Boston in 2004 bid for the 62nd World Science Fiction Convention.
The documents enclosed include: (1) letters of intent from the Boston Marriott Copley Place, the Sheraton Boston Hotel, and the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center, three properties in Boston, Massachusetts, USA for the dates of September 2 through September 6, 2004, and (2) the articles of organization and bylaws for Massachusetts Convention Fandom, Incorporated, the supporting organization for our bid.
The current chief executive officer is Deb Geisler (MCFI Chairman) (please note that procedures for removal and replacement are in Section 3.3 [removal] and Section 3.4 [replacement]). The other officers are Ann A. Broomhead (Secretary) and Ted Atwood (Treasurer).
