Courtyard

Our third and smallest hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott, at 6855 South Virginia Street. This is a smaller property, with just over 100 rooms, of which we have blocked 50. We have included the Courtyard to give us a fully no-smoking hotel for members who are especially concerned about smoking exposure. While we do not envision smoking issues with our larger hotels due to their sensitivity on the issue, we do appreciate that some people may want the extra comfort of knowing they have an entirely non-smoking option available. Accommodation

Our Courtyard block is comprised of 50 rooms as noted above. We have a signed conditional contract for the block with maximum room rates fixed in 2011 dollars.

The Courtyard will be our cheapest option with a standard room rate of just $119 per day. As noted above, this is an entirely non-smoking hotel.

All rooms feature air conditioning with individual climate control, and free high-speed Internet access. In addition, the hotel offers free parking.

The hotel includes a Courtyard cafe for breakfast, serving a hot and cold buffet as well as a la carte options. The standard breakfast buffet is priced at just $8.95 and is available until the fan-friendly closing times of 10 a.m. during the week and 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
