Member Services

This part of the Web Site is concerned with services for members especially those who have particular needs.

Note that services related specifically to memberships and registration, including purchase, status checking, transfers, Changes of Address and Lost Souls, are covered in the separate membership pages.

Childcare

We will be selecting a professional childcare provider to provide our childcare services in due course.

We expect to offer childcare services for children aged 12 or under as of the start of the convention. Child memberships which cost $75 are available for all children in this age group, and will include approximately 8 hours free childcare. Additional hours will be chargeable at a rate which we will publish once we have selected our provider.

Children under 6 can also attend the convention as "kids-in-tow" at no cost - but will not receive any free childcare.

Hospitality

Our main Con Suite will be located in the Atlantis, our party hotel which is linked to the Convention Center by an air-conditioned sky bridge.
