Bid Publications

On this page you will be able to read and download our bid publications. At the moment we have a brochure and a flyer, and in summer 2009 (probably around May or June) we also plan to publish a bid progress report. In the meantime, we will continue to update this website regularly with our latest information. You can also check out our filing page for a copy of our official bid filing letter and supporting documentation.

Brochure

Our main publication is a full color, four page brochure which introduces our bid, the Reno area and regional attractions, our facilities, and our convention theme of "The New Frontiers". You can download a version by clicking the thumbnail image below. Note that this 1.2 MB version is optimised for viewing from the web to keep the size down. We have a good supply of printed versions which we routinely mail out to conventions for use at bid tables and in freebie racks - please let us know if you need some by mailing us at info@rcfi.org.

Convention Flyer

Need a flyer for use at meetings, local groups or conventions? We have color and black and white versions available for download - just click on the images below to download the relevant version. Note that the color file is 1.5 MB in size. Both versions are double-sided with the most relevant information on the front and additional information plus a mail-in presupport form on the back.

International Flyers

We also have flyers for international use, catering for different formats and languages. Again, click the images below to download the full document. Again, each flyer is double-sided, and files range from 500 KB to 2 MB in size.
