Access Facilities at Loncon 3
Loncon 3 will be implementing a variety of arrangements between August 2013 and the start of 2014 to facilitate access to the convention for our members.
This will include, but is not necessarily limited to: provision for the hire of mobility scooters; reserved seating at events and panels; concessionary admission for carers based on individual cases; and a reserved booking service for rooms in the nearby Aloft hotel and the accessible rooms in other hotels – based on need, rather than speed of response.
Information on these and other access arrangements will be publicised on our website as they are confirmed, starting with details of carer arrangements in August.
