These pages set out all the current information relating to the Loncon 3 Art Show. We have attempted to anticipate your questions/requirements but of course we might have missed some out; in which case, let us know!

We are happy to receive emailed queries or suggestions (where practicable), and want to encourage good dialogue between organisers and artists.

We will provide more information in due course as well as about selling your work at auction; security and insurance; and the move in / move out schedule for the Art Show.

The Art Show Rules comprise the information set out in this section of the website on “Exhibit Your Art”. In particular you will need to have read and accepted the information in the pages on Art to Be Exhibited, Sales, Fees and Payment, and Conditions and Cancellations before registering to book space in the Art Show.

To register as an artist, you must have at the least a Supporting convention membership for Loncon 3. To attend the convention, you will need to have an Attending membership or relevant day admission.

Loncon 3 reserves the right to make changes or interpret differently the rules governing the Art Show should unforeseen circumstances arise. Any interpretations will be guided by the spirit, rather than the letter, of these rules at the discretion of the committee of Loncon 3.
