Publications

Loncon 3 will be producing a number of publications, both before and at the convention.

Advertising and Sponsorship

Loncon 3 is pleased to offer a range of opportunities to advertisers and sponsors. These include advertising in our Progress Reports, Souvenir Book, and Artist Showcase publications.

Pricing is tiered for professional, semi-professional and fan organisations and starts from well under £100 for a fan-category Souvenir Book advert. Full details, pricing, and terms for all of our opportunities can be found on our advertising page.

We also offer a range of broader sponsorship opportunities.

Progress Reports

Progress Reports are, as the name implies, magazines which are released to members periodically in the two years leading up to the convention. Our latest Progress Report is PR1 which was published in Spring 2013. PR2 will be mailed in December 2013, and will include information on our hotels as well as the Hugo Awards nomination ballot.

Electronic copies of each Progress Report can be downloaded by clicking on the links or cover images below. We recommend saving the file to your computer and then opening it locally for the best performance.

At-Con Publications

Our At-Con Publications will include:

• The traditional Worldcon Souvenir Book, a substantial, color publication with features on our Guests, on London, and on the history of Worldcon
• A Pocket Program with the detailed convention schedule and descriptions of all program items
• A commemorative booklet for the Hugo Awards Ceremony
• A limited edition Artist Showcase featuring biographies and artwork from the artists participating in the Loncon 3 Art Show

• A convention Newsletter which will be distributed to convention attendees, typically twice a day throughout the event
