Student Exhibitors
Would your students (sixth form, undergraduate or graduate) be interested in exhibiting their work at Loncon 3? We can provide power and space, and an audience of over 5,000 as part of our science communication project.
Context
The World Science Fiction Convention is held annually in sites around the world. It takes place mostly in the USA but, since future sites are voted on by the members of each year’s convention, it increasingly comes to other countries. Loncon 3 will be the 72nd World Science Fiction Convention; the event was last held in the UK in 2005, and last in London in 1965 . Over 5,000 people are expected to attend, from many different countries, of whom a significant minority will be under 25.
We are seeking exhibitors for the science exhibit which accompanies the convention.
Exhibits could be both collected and returned within the Greater London area at no expense to you (other regions can be discussed).
